Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.



Q: Where do you ship to?
A: eTrickShop currently ships anywhere in the US and to most countries.
All orders are shipped via US Postal Service, Fed Ex, or UPS as needed. Please remember to provide a Street Address at check-out.
Orders will be shipped after receipt of valid payment information.



Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Checks, and even Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via phone at 704-606-3643. Orders will begin processing to be shipped after receipt of valid payment information.
Sales Tax @ 7.5% is charged for purchases to be shipped to North Carolina.



Q: When will my order arrive?
A: The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as shown below.

*Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. During Non-Holiday Months, Orders are generally processed within 2-5 days of receipt of payment. If you are placing your order around a holiday, please allow a few extra days for processing.
**Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping times below.




Q: How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
A: The arrival date-range of each item is determined by adding the minimum of the processing time to the minimum of the shipping time and the maximum of the processing time to the maximum of the shipping time. For instance, if you bought a magic trick that took 2 to 5 business days to process before shipping and you had it sent by Standard shipping (3 to 10 business days), the magic trick would arrive in 5 to 15 business days.
Shipping times, below, apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent by Standard to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses takes 3 to 6 weeks.

Q: Is everything is stock?
A: At eTrickShop, we try our best to offer you thousands of different items from hundreds of manufacturers, and while we strive to keep everything in stock at our shipping location(s), sometimes we have to restock certain items which may delay your item's shipment an extra day or so. Sometimes, an item may sell out faster than we can update our website and may be back-ordered or discontinued. You will be notified as quickly as possible if this occasion arises.



Q: How do I check on the status of my order?

A: You will receive an e-mail confirming the "RECEIPT OF PAYMENT" AND the "SHIPPING" of your order, which in most cases includes a tracking number so that you can track your package's progress via your chosen method of shipping.



Q: I am mailing my payment, what address do I send payment to?
A: Our address will be provided for you by calling 704-776-9377 and will also be provided in your checkout invoice.



Q: Who do I make the Check or Money Order payable to?

A: Please make your check or money order payable to eTrickShop and include an invoice and invoice number.



Q: Do you accept Personal Checks?
A: Yes we do. However, please allow up to two extra weeks processing time before your order will be shipped.



Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes, we do ship internationally. Please pay using PayPal. Thank you.
